Phillies to take LA in 6 games. More offense overall, speed at even, key is Ruiz and Feliz, these two must step up with men on base and play excellent defense. Also wild card, Brad Lidge, must be on each opportunity.

Yankees to take LA Angels in 6, difference will be home field, power in the lineup and A-Rod is in synch at the right time of year finally.

Yankees to win it all in 6 games, possibly 7. I hope the weather can hold up to be better than game 3 was in Colorado for the Phils & Rockies.

Two down and one to go!!

Congrats to both the Yankees & Phillies' brass and players.

Now this will be an interesting World Series. The incumbent vs a club with many players looking for their first ring in quite some time and some players probably going out with their last WS ring!

Matchups is going to be tough, however, I have to give the edge to the Yankees' left handers in CC & Pettitte vs Lee, Hamels & Pedro/Blanton/whomever else.

Offensively and speed wise, both clubs appear to be even, however, experience from last year will aid the Phils'.

This is going to come down to how well the advance scouts' reports were detailed and how well the teams' execute on any opportunities given to them.

I am hoping to see a 7 game series and I still stick to my prediction the Yankees to win it all, however, I really feel this will be a close series, which hinges on how well Burnett & Hamels pitch in this world series. Bench strength will also be a big proponent to who takes the WS crown! Key player to watch, RF - Swisher who didn't do a thing until game 6 for the Yankees. Also for the Phils, Chase Utley needs to be more of a catalyst as he was held in check vs the Dodgers for the most part.

This will be a good series to watch for sure!

Best of luck to all the teams and fans and families of the teams!
